Tropical Storm Colin stormed across northern Florida on June 6th, then tracked along the southeastern coast soaking coastal Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. But Florida was the big winner, or loser, in terms of extreme rainfall. Some areas near Tallahassee received upwards of 10 inches of rain. Even areas near Gainesville tallied more than 5 inches of rain in a 24 hour period. Talk about a soaker! Flooded roads and homes were a major hazard.

We hope you and your loved ones were spared damage from the storm.
